The research and production of self drawn rod module car, in Jiangsu, Nanjing completed the world's largest PTA device oxidation reactor tank transportation. The tank is 15 meters in diameter, 20 meters long, 1500 cubic meters in volume, complex structure, and requires clean internal environment, the transportation process is almost harsh. The task of this module is a total of 32 axes, 240 tires lift the weight of 600 tons of Big Mac, with 2 hours of smooth completion of 8 kilometers of land transportation.

RQH modular trailer with one and half combination got awarded the trust to move a total of nine (9) transformers from the Port of Arica,Chile to CODELCO mining site.

RQH modular trailer with one and half combination got awarded the trust to move a total of nine (9) transformers from the Port of Arica,Chile to CODELCO mining site.

Six transformers of 250 ton single weight and three transformers of 275 ton each had to be moved cross the mountain.

The transport had to take place during the rain season which made certain parts of the available roads very complicated to pass.

Especially passing the valley, with a total combination weight of over 430 ton with angles going up and down by 15 %, required absolute qualified skills of the local team and our equipment equipment.

Delivering all of these factors through inhouse experts and equipment was the reason ,and got awarded this difficult project.
The team is qualified to execute this job and other similar tasks properly and safely.

Ruiqianhe SPMT (self propelled modulartransporter) safely executed a challenging job of shifting four huge ship block in Keppel, in the china.

Keppel Heavy Industries, a singapore based company specializing in ship building,expecial on off shore engineer, had tied-up with Ruqianhe SPMT for all land transportation job in their china manufacture base. The scope involves haulage and positioning of three evaporators in nantong base, in the east coast of china.

The ship block started from the facility to jetty 5 Kilometers. The size of each ship block was 38 meter in Length, 15 meter in Width and 9 meter in height and its total weight is 860 tons including all steel beams.

SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) had to move-in slowly at turtle speed to carefully maintain the of the cargo.

Another task came unexpectedly in the form of on-going road construction work on the stipulated route; due to which a new road had to be laid down, all the way upto the main entrance of the site. Heavy equipment were pressed into service to develop access path for SPMT. Despite initial hiccups, the first ship block reached its destination within 24 hours.
